What We Do
We are the Los Angeles Theatre Initiative (LATI), a Los Angeles–based touring company dedicated to developing original collegiate work and launching emerging artists onto international stages, including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Each season, LATI partners with a select cohort of university productions and consulting clients. Through direct production support and strategic guidance, we help institutions and independent artists bring ambitious ideas to life on a global stage.

It's A Struggle Coming Out
When Evangelical debutantes agree to convert citizens for their charity ball, Em falls for an outcast vampire, and even worse a girl. It’s a Struggle Coming Out blends But I’m a Cheerleader and Twilight’s campiness into a one-act satire. Written by Ben Berman and presented in collaboration with students at USC, It's A Struggle Coming Out makes it's debut ahead of this summer's Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
